Guanidineacetic acid

Guanidineacetic Acid (GAA)，also known as Glycocyamine, is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative and the direct metabolic precursor of creatine in vertebrates . It appears as a white or off-white crystalline powder, is odorless, and is soluble in water. Chemically, it is formed by the transfer of a guanidine group from arginine to glycine . It is highly stable, with a shelf life of up to 2 years in aqueous solution, making it more practical for certain applications than creatine itself.

Main Applications:
