What is it?

Stevia is a natural, zero-calorie high-intensity sweetener extracted from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni plant, a herb native to South America (Paraguay/Brazil). The active components are steviol glycosides, primarily stevioside and rebaudioside A (Reb A).
